What was the highlight of Park International Hotel
A pleasant stay for a brief visit to London.
The room was spacious and clean, well maintained. The hotel was in a nice and convenient neighbourhood close to a tube station. Breakfast was good. The reception staff were very helpful.
Some of the corridors and common areas could do with a bit of refreshing of walls and floors. Initially I was surprised to be in the basement level as I have not experienced this before. However, the room proved to be spacious, clean and quiet.

Wonderfull location, helpful staff and a nice room
Nice room, wonderful location - 3 minutes walk from the underground station that had access to 3 underground lines. Also, a few restaurants and cafes in the area. Very helpful staff.
Air conditioning quality in the room. Problematic in hot days, less problematic in cool weather. Not all the rooms are of the same quality.

Wonderful
Great location. Short walk to Gloucester Road Station, which has services on the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines making it very easy to get around the city and to/from airports.
It smells stale and damp.

What was the highlight of Park International Hotel
Needs a little improvement
The hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The area is clean and safe. The underground station is about 4-5 mins away, and Harrods is walkable. The staff is friendly and helpful
There is no ramp and we literally had to carry our bags up the stairs to go into the hotel. What will happen to those who are on their wheelchairs? The room was warm and even tho there is an air conditioning thermostat, we couldn't get it to work - even after getting advice from the front desk. No bottled water given.
